Now that Michael Jackson's passing has left a void in the world of dance, there is no shortage of our family members to take his place. Lev has now joined Daniel and Molloy in dance classes, having taken up hip-hop (it's called "breakdancing" because it makes you go broke paying for the lessons).
(And because I am here to educate: The word rap derived from a 1960s slang word for "conversation", generally consists of chanted, often improvised, street poetry accompanied by a montage of well-known recordings, usually disco or funk. "Rappers Delight" was actually the song that coined the term hip hop. At the beginning of the song you can hear one of the members of Sugar Hill Gang saying "da hip da hop, da hippity da hip hip hop and you don't stop"—courtesy of whatever link I happened to click on first after googling it.)
